Description :	ONLY coder that has knowledge in VOIP/ FOIP/ IP Communication can bid. Coders who knows Asterisk, asterFax should bid this project. Those who know how to install AsteriskNOW and AsterFax, please let me know. We already have Digium Card with 3FXO and AsteriskNOW ready for this project. General Functions: End-user will send an e-mail to our server. Our server will receives the e-mail message and then sends the message as a fax/sms transmission (fax and sms numbers are registered in the database) It will support multiple fax line. User needs to register their account with username/password. The system will be linked with online payment Paypal (User need to prepaid their account before can use the services). All fax/sms transaction are recorded and can be manually refax. If fax/sms is unsuccessful transmnitted out, it will auto send again for 3 times before it stops. ** It must support fax/SMS in English and Chinese (Big 5 and Simplify Chinese). More detail documents is available. Coders can use Astbill billing system or others that are available to do this project. NO web design is needed. Programming language is PHP/mysql Please note that coder needs to configure our existing PC server for the above system first. Once it is successfully tested and verified, system will be transfer to our server. So steps to install and transfer the system will be documented so we can admin the project.
