Description :	One or two web pages to allow enrollment in a service wherein customers provide name, address, and credit card info into a cumulative customer.db. A .xls file will be uploaded weekly into a cumulative data.db which will kick off a routine to run a SQL query against the customer.db. If there is a hit the customer will be emailed. There needs to be a auto kickoff, a manual kickoff, a purge function by date, a purge function by address, a purge function by CC#, a record of hits, and usual and customary ecommerce functionality and reports. Credit card processing will occur on initial signup and every thirty days. Initial and recurring charges need to be changeable. Please advise if I am missing anything obvious. I prefer (not mandate) code in VB as I am fluent in VB, just constrained on time.
