Description : We need a fully functioning online community by December 3rd. The project that most represents our project is http://www.944.com We need ALL of the functionality with a few other customized features.

We need graphic design and programming. Each local city will be different form the next. Please review the web spec that I have included in this posting.

This is very important. We had a deal with another company, however they could not full fill what they have to do. Please make sure that you are capable to develop everything that is stated in the web outline. IN addition, please send examples of work that include, Social Networks, graphic design and flash.
