Description : I am after a web service (as a project to added to a solution )to upload and update a database as follow:

1) upload the file (format will be given later)
2) Process the file by adding each user from that file to a SQL database table with
3) For each entry: check if it exists in the table
- if yes added to a temporary report all need info
- if no add the user to the table
4) Produce final report with number of names added, failed……..

This web service needs to be done using asp.net 2.0
the table is user info (fiest name, last name , email, tele, ------,address, level, mob,...)
