Description :	We are a renowned German development company and we are looking for an experienced company to help our client develop a website like youtube but with additional functionalities and a full featured video sharing component written in php/MySQL. Base on free membership but need to upgrade to see or to meet and contact other members. This site must have in different language capabilities for different country to view. The additional functionalities are blog functionality to the user pages (like MySpace) and the ability to use ------ to call or video conferencing and ------ one another. We do not want one of the canned scripts currently available. We are looking for a new developement with all the new features including social networking tools. We want to start this project as soon as we found a dependable company to assist us. It is extremely high profile. Quality and clean design are a must. Templating must be used, no 3rd party php componenets should be needed. It must be buidl on Php. When the development is complete, you will also be responsible for SEO. You must have experience building chat systems and video sharing sites. You will be ask to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon completion, and all written script will be property of our company. No reuse, resell, distributing, or use to show other clients as your customer profile. Bid only if you’re confident you will comply with safe and clean script writing. I will expect routine updates as well as links to previews every step along the way. Don't bother bidding if you can't meet these requirements. In the future you may be asked for further developments if you complete this time with high quality.
