Description : X is a country which is divided into REGIONS each REGION has a number of DISTRICTS.
Each DISTRICT has a certain number of CONSTITUENCIES.Each CONSTITUENCY has a number of PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES and POLLING STATIONS.Each CANDIDATE can only BELONG to one PARTY.

COUNTRY X has a number of PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS who must also belong to one PARTY.

Each POLLING STATION has only one POLLING AGENT who TALLIES the NUMBERS of VOTES CAST for each PARLIAMENTARY and PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS.The AGENT must correctly state his POLLING STATION and the TOTAL VOTES CAST for each PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT and PARTIES.

We require a database driven website in PHP that allows POLLING AGENTS to INPUT the VOTES cast Per Candidate/party in each Polling station.

And the Administrator to view VOTES results NUMERICALLY and GRAPHICALLY per CONSTITUENCY,DISTRICT,PROVINCE.Also per PARTY and PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS.

For now looks are not important we need A SIMPLE functioning script
