Description : Develop a flash player for our Web site.

*NOTE: a portfolio must be provided. No exceptions. We will need to see the quality of your flash work before seriously considered. Portfolios may be submitted privately.

The contracted flash developer will develop a flash player with IDENTICAL functionality to this flash player:

Please take special note of all its functionality! You will be required to replicate all of those player's controls, menus, and interaction.

Also, you will be required to built the following functionality into the new player:

1. The "View/Add ratings" of this flash player:

2. The enlarge window will perform exactly like this player:
http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/view/id/157

The project is to develop this final player.

We will provide 3 skins total. You will use skin #1 to develop the player, and after the player is completed, we will provide the remaining 2 skins for you to use.

1 player/3 skins (not 3 players)
